Fast Dopamine is Killing Us—and We Don’t Even Know It

Hey friend,
We’re living in the most overstimulated generation in human history.
Swipe, scroll, like, repeat.
We chase fast dopamine all day—and then wonder why we feel anxious, stuck, or unfocused.
You open Instagram to check one DM. Forty-five minutes later, you’re still there.
You’re too mentally tired to read, but not too tired to scroll.
You can’t go 30 seconds without checking your phone—but deep down, you hate it.
You’re not broken. The system is designed this way.
💡 Why I’m Writing This
I’m on a mission to build an AI assistant that helps people take back control from fast dopamine—starting with understanding the problem.
This newsletter is my journal as I:
Explore the science behind dopamine, attention, and tech addiction
Share real stories, interviews, and ideas from people trying to break free
Build toward a tool that helps you use tech with intention, not compulsion

In chasing virtual validation, we’ve lost touch with real sensation.
📢 I Want Your Input
This project will only work if it helps you.
👉 What’s your biggest struggle with phone or social media usage?
👉 What would your ideal digital life look like?
Hit reply. I read every response.
Together, let’s create a future where our attention isn’t for sale.
